Boyd Built LLC, a member of The Boyd Companies, Inc., is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Estimator to join our growing construction team.

Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, project documentation, and overall project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
- Coordinate construction plan development and project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules and construction timelines.
- Communicate with site superintendents to monitor construction progress, productivity, and compliance with building and safety codes.
- Resolve issues related to delays, weather conditions, subcontractor performance, and other project-related challenges.
- Develop scopes of work and manage bidding processes for subcontractors and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and change orders.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Review and approve monthly invoices and contractor billing.
- Prepare and manage monthly AIA pay applications.
- Coordinate with development, estimating, accounting, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project budgets and monitor cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Conduct routine site visits and project meetings.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Utilize JONAS Construction Management Software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite for project management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential or multifamily construction project management.
- Civil land development experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Procore.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate routine site visits and project demands.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check.
