This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the project, from the initial planning stages through to the final completion and handover. This includes managing all aspects of the project, such as scheduling, cost control, contract administration, change order management, and subcontractor management.
The Project Manager will also play a critical role in risk management, quality assurance, safety compliance, construction estimating, procurement, and client relations. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and manage a high-performing team.
