The Breeden Company seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will direct pre-development, design, permitting, bidding, contract awards, and construction to ensure budget, schedule and quality goals are met.
Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in multi-family PM, strong Excel and MS Project skills, and proven leadership. Local travel 2-3 days weekly to job sites is expected.
