Bilingual Construction Production Manager

This role is intended to strengthen our construction production management responsibilities.

We need a strong field leader capable of taking control of manpower, production, accountability, and communication across multiple active projects and crews.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field production across multiple crews and projects
• Manage foremen, labor teams, and subcontractor coordination
• Drive accountability, urgency, and production standards
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and production tracking
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and operational priorities
• Ensure quality control and customer expectations are being met
• Maintain strong communication between field and office operations
• Assist with training and enforcing operational procedures
• Identify inefficiencies and actively correct them
• Maintain jobsite professionalism and organization

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English communication
• Strong construction production management background
• Ability to lead large field teams
• Multifamily renovation and service experience strongly preferred
• Must command respect while maintaining operational control
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in high-pressure fast-moving environments
• Must be highly accountable and production-driven

This role is not a passive superintendent role. I need somebody capable of wrapping their arms around the entire field operation and forcing higher production, stronger communication, and better accountability.
