Skanska is seeking a dynamic Lead Estimator to join our heavy civil and mechanical construction teams in the United States. You will develop accurate, timely cost estimates for large, complex projects across bid-build, design-build, and Engineer, Procure and Construct frameworks.
As a leader, you will prepare subcontractor and vendor quotes, coordinate quantity surveys, and ensure self-perform costs are captured. You’ll work to meet critical deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
