Skanska is seeking a dynamic Lead Estimator in Virginia Beach to join our heavy civil and mechanical construction teams. You will help develop cost estimates for bid-build, design-build, and EOC projects, produce accurate quantity surveys, and prepare subcontractor scopes and quote analyses.
