Kawaii Corner is an experiential retail store for Japanese character goods, plushies, blind boxes, and pop culture collectibles. We throw events that draw lines wrapping the storefront, and we're scaling toward becoming a national brand. Our short‑form content is how the energy travels beyond Lynnhaven — and that's where you come in.

This is a perfect role for anyone interested in marketing. We produce a high volume of UGC‑style short‑form video for Instagram and Tik Tok. You'll show up to scheduled filming days as on‑camera talent — playing customers, store workers, or reaction characters in our content.

This is on‑camera talent work. We run the camera and direct the shoot. You don't need to film yourself, edit, or post anything. Your job is to be on camera and bring the energy.

Build a real UGC portfolio. Every shoot you do becomes content you can show off. Tag yourself in our posts, use the clips as reel material, and list “UGC Creator at Kawaii Corner” on your resume or creator portfolio. The footage we produce is genuinely high quality — these are clips you'd otherwise pay a videographer hundreds to make.

Skip the influencer pressure. No follower count required. No need to post anything yourself. No expectations to “build your personal brand.” You just show up and act.

Learn on the job. If you stick with us and prove yourself, we'll teach you editing, walk you through how short‑form content actually works, and give you creative input on shoots. (See “Path to Core Roster” below.)

You're working in a store full of plushies, blind boxes, and Japanese pop culture. This is not a serious office job — it's a paid creative outlet.

• Show up on time to scheduled filming days at our store.
• Take direction from our director on each shot.
• Play simple, recurring roles — excited customer, friendly store worker, blind box reactor, “POV” character. No memorized scripts.
• Run the same take multiple times until we nail it.
• Sign a standard talent release before filming.
• No experience required. This is an entry‑level role. We'll teach you what you need to know.
