The Golf Member Associate is responsible for operation of the service desk, membership transactions, greens fees and class registration, merchandise sales, financial transactions, golfer check-in, information, communication, and indoor facility supervision. Customer service is the number one priority. Some light cleaning is also required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Previous experience is a customer service setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Display of maturity, dependability, and trust
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic sales experience preferred, but not required

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently:
- May be required to walk, stand, run, kneel, climb and stoop.
- Must be able to sit on the floor and get back up.
- Must be able to lift, pull and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
