Working Hours:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days a week in office. No weekends required.

Position Location:

2 in-office days (Hybrid work schedule) at Sentara Park 1300 in Virginia Beach.

Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries throughout the day in a higher volume call queue environment. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No specific certification or licensure requirements.

• 1-year customer service experience required.
• Payment and/or Billing experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Computer skills & strong verbal skills in English required.
• Must have experience in a call center & be detail-oriented, highly preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation essential to success in role.
