We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to event participants, donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from event participants.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding event registration, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and other related inquiries.
  • Process event registrations, donations, sponsor ships, and other transactions accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Monitor feedback and suggestions from customers, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or other members of the leadership team.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and demonstrate patience and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
