Customer Service Representative/Collections Trainee
We are seeking candidates to fill positions in an Auto Finance Company that will enable our company to continue its expansion plans throughout the United States.
Responsibilities- Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to their automobile loan accounts.
- Clearly communicate unresolved issues to office supervisors.
- Accurately update customer information into the company's database.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ideal candidates will be proficient in communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Collection experience of past due accounts preferred.
- Work full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
