Full Time – Virginia Beach, VA.

Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown to a team of seven dedicated to supporting one another and serving the community. We actively support Junior Achievement, investing in financial education and community involvement. • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
