Graduate Assistant; Psychological Services Center

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to daily telephone calls, emails, and client presentations
• Manage client appointments using Titanium system
• Assist with managing weekly client/provider assignment process
• Assist with outreach efforts, event planning, and coordination
• Assist with client satisfaction survey data processing
• Manage data on waiver of charges for reports and resource inventories, including the check‑out of testing materials
• Maintain supply of client file forms and resource brochures
• Complete scanning and indexing projects

• Graduate students preferred;
  PsyD first‑year students may also apply
• Two‑year commitment preferred
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Good listening skills, with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task
• Capacity to be resourceful and to take initiative and problem solve
• Ability to work with limited supervision
