Operate concession POS system, including cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons with accuracy;
Upsell/Suggestive selling and promoting Regal Crown Club program;
Clean and operate concession-related equipment and maintain stock;
Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure guest satisfaction;
Enforce MPAA rating system and direct patrons to their seats when needed
