ePlus is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to support customers in the Virginia Beach area. Shift Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST; provide Level 1 technical assistance, diagnose, and track issues to resolution.
You will respond to calls and emails, and work to keep customers informed throughout the process. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and familiarity with MS Office;
Service Now experience is a plus.
