Endodontist or Endo Focused GP Virginia , VA

We are a brand-new, state-of-the-art general dentistry practice seeking an Endodontist or Endo focused General Dentistry to join our team 1–2 days per month
. This position offers a fully booked endodontic schedule
, zero competition within the practice, and immediate access to modern technology—including on-site CBCT imaging
.

All endodontic procedures are referred internally to the visiting specialist, ensuring a high-volume, procedure-only day with no hygiene, restorative, or general dentistry interruptions.

• Potentially $4,000+ per clinical day
• Based on production
• Higher earnings for molars and surgical cases

• No staffing costs

• ALL Endo cases will be given to you.
• Anterior, premolar, and molar teeth
• Retreatment cases
• Surgical endodontics (optional, based on preference)
• Strong referral flow from multiple providers

• Initially 1–2 days per month (flexible, mutually agreed upon)
• Completely full endodontic schedule
• All cases pre-diagnosed and confirmed prior to visit
• No general dentistry or emergency add-ons unless requested
