** We are willing to train the right candidate.**### What You’ll Do
* Welcome and assist patients with a warm, friendly approach
* Answer phones and respond to patient questions
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments
* Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options
* Assist with completing treatment through appropriate financial arrangements
* Support the dental team and Office Manager with daily office needs
* Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive patient experience### What We’re Looking For
* ** At least 1 year of customer service experience required
*** Friendly, professional, and dependable
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
* Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
* ** Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!**###

* ** Full-time schedule:** + Monday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM + Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
