Project Designer

We are looking for a leader, creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for an architect with approximately 3-5 years of professional experience who wants to take greater ownership of projects while continuing to grow technically and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of professional architectural experience
• Architecture degree from an accredited program
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and permitting processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-paced team
• Motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow with the firm
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus
