Ministry: Pastoral Staff
Time Commitment: Full-time
Position: Campus Pastor
Report to: Executive Pastor
Mission Alignment: This position contributes directly to Bridge Church's mission of connecting all people to the person, power, and purposes of Jesus through campus expansion and oversight.
Job Summary: The Campus Pastor will be responsible for overseeing, growing the campus by achieving key responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Weekend Experience & Campus Operations- Plan and conduct Sunday worship experiences in conjunction with the main campus’s vision and guidance.
- Provide live preaching, with occasional video teaching from the main campus.
- Provide oversight of ministry volunteers (Dream Teams).
- Promote and ensure adherence to the Bridge assimilation process (i.e. connecting with first- and second-time guests, small group enrollment, etc.).
- Actively reach the surrounding community and neighborhoods with an evangelistic focus.
- Build and develop teams to support the vision of Bridge Church and the campus (i.e. worship team, children’s team, finance team, etc.).
- Participate in and support corporate initiatives and promote unity between campuses.
- Must have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and believe in and operate in the gifts of the Spirit.
- Must be a person of character being faithful in the things of the Lord so as not to hinder his/her witness and ministry.
- Must be willing to give monthly tithes as an act of worship to Bridge Church.
- Must have a desire to continue in personal growth and learning.
- Previous pastoral experience is required.
- Must be able to manage time effectively, and work without constant supervision.
- Must have excellent communication skills (i.e., one-on-one, phone, written, public speaking, etc.)
- Organizational and administrative gifts preferred.
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Must possess a great attitude, sense of humor, and work in harmony with pastoral and lay staff.
