Are you ready to make a difference and have a blast while doing it? First Discovery Children's Academy is on the lookout for a Pre-K Lead & Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant team in Virginia!

We're not your average childcare center we're a family-oriented, creativity-driven space where laughter, learning, and imagination are part of the daily curriculum. From silly songs to science experiments, we're all about finding new ways to make learning unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster early childhood education and literacy.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment where all students feel safe and supported.
• Monitor child development to meet ensure each child is meeting their individual needs.
• Collaborate closely with parents and fellow staff to guide each child's learning journey.
• Ensure a safe environment by maintaining up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for nurturing and inspiring little learners.
• At least 6 months of experience in a childcare setting.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification? Bonus points!
• Someone who can turn everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
