• Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting.
• Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom.
• Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program.
• Prepare students for state licensing examinations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices.

• Valid Virginia Barber Instructor License.
• Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow.
