Employee will work varying shifts as needed to support program goals including possible evenings and weekends. A minimum of 12 hours per month required (4 hours per month for those also serving as adjunct faculty within the program). Work schedule will not exceed 29 hours per week.

Utilizing various methods of instructional delivery, the EMS Instructional Assistant will assist program faculty in providing instruction and evaluation of psychomotor skills as delineated in the program curriculum, National and Virginia EMS Education Standards, and the National EMS Scope of Practice.
Utilizing various methods of instructional delivery, the EMS Instructional Assistant will assist program faculty in providing instruction and evaluation of psychomotor skills as delineated in the program curriculum, National and Virginia EMS Education Standards, and the National EMS Scope of Practice.
Employees will work varying shifts as needed to support program goals including possible evenings and weekends. A minimum of 12 hours per month required (4 hours per month for those also serving as adjunct faculty within the program).
Employee will act as a lab proctor during scheduled EMS lab activities providing instruction, evaluation, and proper documentation of psychomotor skills or clinical preceptor in the clinical environment. Provide regular quality feedback to program faculty regarding psychomotor progress and curriculum. Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
