Just for Kids Preschool is currently seeking passionate Lead Teachers with a love for helping little people, we are looking for several qualified teachers to join our dedicated team. As a teacher you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for yourng children to learn, grow and develop essential skills. • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using provided currriculum.
• Lead daily classroom activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional learning
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques
• Monitor child progress through observations, assessments, and standardized testing to tailor instruction accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on child development, progress, and classroom events
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of incidents and student information
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages a child's exploration, creativity and self expression.

• At least 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention strategies
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to get.
• Will need to be fingerprinted for background search and Centeral Registry SEarch.
• Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare
