• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering daily instructional materials.
• Provide small group and one-on-one academic support to students needing extra assistance.
• Help manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch periods, field trips, and transitions between classes.
• Organize classroom supplies and maintain a clean, orderly learning space.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced classroom environment.

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience working with students who have special educational needs.
