Pay: $34.25 - $40.00 per hour

Anchor seeks former USN and MSC personnel with the experience and expertise to provide full-time contract instructional and administrative support for the MSC Underway Replenishment Training Center (MUTC), at Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek, VA. MUTC provides underway replenishment (UNREP) and ordnance handling training primarily for cargo afloat rig teams (CART), civil service mariners, contract mariners, and active duty Navy personnel.

Duties: As part of the Anchor team, support administration and delivery of MUTC course instruction both within the schoolhouse, or embarked globally. Positions include instructors, course scheduling and coordination administrative support and maintenance and repair of equipment. The positions require an active SECRET clearance.

• Active SECRET Clearance
• Navy Instructor or USCG Train the Trainer course completion
• Experience Training in a military/civilian environment
• Knowledge of curriculum design, development and requirements
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Must be fully vaccinated for CV-19
• Able to meet OPNAVINST 1500.75 or MSCINST 6000.1 series High Risk Training physical requirements
• Must be proficient in MS Office products, Adobe and mobile devices
• Training Courses have varying experience and expertise related to the curriculum –

General/STREAM INST
- Desired
- Associates or Bachelors’ degree in Maritime discipline plus 3-years of UNREP equipment experience, or 10 years of documented UNREP equipment operations and maintenance experience.
