About the job
Project Mgr Licensed Land Surveyor needs 8+ years experience progressive land-surveying experience, including DOT/roadway or transportation projects.
Qualifications- Active PLS license in at least one U.S. state or the ability to obtain licensure in the primary work state within six months
- Demonstrated proficiency with Micro Station / Open Roads or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Licensed Land Surveyor, Project Manager, Surveying, Professional Registered Land Surveyor in Virginia, Federal, State and local jurisdiction surveying regulations, Micro Station, Open Roads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
- Direct two or more field crews; assemble field data, perform calculations, prepare plats and legal descriptions.
- Maintain QA/QC on deliverables, budgets, schedules, and invoicing.
