WR has an opportunity for a Test Engineer, Senior to develop, execute, and document testing procedures to assess unit performance and reliability under various environmental conditions. This role supports U.S. Navy navigation systems and requires a recognized subject matter expert with extensive hands‑on experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test protocols and procedures.
• Conduct tests and experiments at on-site and off-site locations to evaluate unit performance across varying environmental conditions.
• Analyze and interpret test data, documenting findings in comprehensive technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation to support repeatable and sustainable testing processes.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical training in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems.
• Twelve (12)+ years of hands‑on experience with U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems, including experience in at least three (3) of the following four (4) areas:
  • Systems Requirements
  • Operational Requirements
  • Test & Evaluation
  • Training
• Recognized subject matter expert who has demonstrated leadership in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems within industry and/or public service.
