Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join our growing Transportation Platform team. Based in one of our Virginia offices — Manassas, Richmond, Waynesboro, Fredericksburg, or Virginia Beach — you'll play a key role in building smarter, safer, and more efficient infrastructure across the Commonwealth.

• Shape communities: Design and develop transportation projects including roads, highways, and traffic management systems that directly improve how people move.
• Team up for success: Collaborate with planners, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to deliver exceptional results.

• Deliver quality work: Prepare engineering designs and documentation that align with VDOT standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field)
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in transportation design and/or project management
• PE license in Virginia or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 1 year
• Familiarity with VDOT standards and project delivery processes
• Proficiency in Micro Station preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills
