Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist

• Support a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage environmental compliance activities including air, wastewater, stormwater, chemical management, and waste/recycling programs.
• Prepare and submit permits, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
• Lead environmental permit reviews and serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Conduct environmental monitoring, inspections, and performance measurements.
• Lead cross-functional environmental improvement and sustainability projects.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, conserve water, and improve environmental performance.
• Oversee contractor activities related to wastewater treatment and discharge programs.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and technical software applications.
• Ability to interpret EHS regulations, standards, and technical data.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience interpreting federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
