At RDA, we’re looking for an experienced engineering leader ready to shape the future of our Site‑Civil Engineering division. In this role, you’ll drive the strategic vision for the team, leading multiple groups across land development, infrastructure design, permitting, and project delivery.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions that meet client goals while staying aligned with evolving local regulations and industry standards. From mentoring teams and strengthening client relationships to overseeing complex projects from concept to completion, you’ll help ensure technical excellence and long‑term success across the division.
