Entry Level Environmental Engineer, Geologist or Scientist; Virginia

You’ll gain valuable field experience with environmental sampling techniques and subcontractor oversight. You’ll balance your field work with time spent in the office working on data interpretation and visualization, quantitative modeling, report writing, and coordinating field work.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or Chemical), Geology, or Environmental Science
• 0–2 years of experience within environmental consulting or a related field
• Ability to travel for field projects up to 50–90% of the time
• United States Citizenship required
• Valid Driver’s License

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification or the ability to attain this certification

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $87,890.00. Pay is determined by work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
