OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer for our Transportation Division located in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves solving problems, leveraging data for decisions, supporting a collaborative project team, and contributing to quality and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination
- Procure construction materials
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Survey and layout projects
- Prepare weekly progress pictures and reports
- Manage construction equipment
- Implement safety management practices
- Estimate project costs
- 1+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience a plus
- Specific roles may require relocation
