***** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
***** Objectives of the Role***
* * Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues*
* * Fulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requested*
* * Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales system*
* * Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue
**** Duties & Responsibilities***
* * Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures*
* * Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly*
* * Complete sales transactions for each guest*
* * Support successful sales operations at each event*
* * Contribute to a positive work environment*
* * Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations*
* * Take direction from their supervisor, the venue’s Merchandise Manager

***** Skills & Qualifications***
* * Specialists are detail oriented, supporting accuracy and completeness in order fulfillment*
* * Specialists are quick thinking and able to respond to guest requests*
* * Specialists are guest oriented, focusing on their requests*
* * Specialists must be team-driven, working as part of a larger unit*
* * Specialists need the ability to interact with guests politely*
* * Specialists should be self-starters that do not require significant supervision*
* * Specialists must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

* * Retail sales backgrounds not necessary*
* * Positions that leverage customer service or hospitality*
* * Prior experience is not as important as the appropriate attitude and interpersonal skills
