Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue and assist with seating and way finding;
Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests entering the venue;
Assist guests with needs such as finding seats, upgrades, merchandise, and meet-and-greets;
Direct restroom and concession lines to minimize guest wait times and resolve complaints as needed;
Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate department and support staffing during peak times
