Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative
Position is contingent on contract award
Security Requirement- A SECRET security clearance is required.
- Issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and updates the SWALIS/DPAS database.
- Processes initial request, turn‑in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to Techs and SEALS.
- Receives post‑deployment turn‑in of all ancillary gear and determines serviceability for re‑issue.
- Builds repair‑part kits and toolboxes for deploying units.
- At least one year of SWALIS, DPAS, or a similar inventory database experience.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Operates a personal computer with common business software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry into multiple databases.
