Events Assistant - Entry-Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, community activities, and promotional programs in the local area. This is an entry-level position, and previous event experience is not required
. Paid training and hands‑on instruction will be provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable interacting with the public, and interested in developing skills in event support, customer service, communication, and promotional activities. This position may be a good fit for recent graduates, college students, career changers, or candidates looking to begin a career in a customer‑facing environment.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Prepare event materials, displays, supplies, and informational materials
• Welcome and assist event attendees
• Provide information and answer basic questions from attendees and community members
• Assist with registration, check‑in, demonstrations, and information tables
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Support event and promotional activities as directed by the event team
• Communicate professionally with customers, attendees, and team members
• Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings
• Follow event procedures, schedules, and instructions from supervisors
• Work collaboratively with other team members during events
