Full‑time

• Oversee all financial and project control activities for assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with cost accounting standards and company policies.
• Develop and maintain accurate EACs (Estimates at Completion), forecasts, and variance analyses for multiple contract types including CPFF, FFP, T&M.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, providing timely insights and recommendations to program management and corporate leadership.
• Support Operations and Program Managers with scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations as needed.
• Identify process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance efficiencies of the department.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial management, project controls, or program finance within a government contracting environment.
• Proven experience using Deltek Costpoint—including project setup, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience with EAC development, forecasting, budgeting, and variance rate analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
