This is a highly visible leadership role reporting into Finance and partnering directly with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. The position offers the rare opportunity to own enterprise-wide pricing strategy across multiple revenue streams while building scalable processes, governance frameworks, analytics, and deal desk capabilities.

The organization operates nationally, serves millions of users annually, and is part of a larger global platform with significant growth initiatives underway. Leadership views pricing as a strategic lever for revenue growth and margin expansion, making this role critical to the company's future success.

Commercial Strategy & Deal Desk Leadership
  • Establish pricing governance, discounting policies, and approval frameworks.
  • Lead complex pricing reviews and support commercial negotiations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen pricing discipline and value-based selling practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance on contract renewals, packaging, and customer retention initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing pricing team.
  • Develop scalable pricing processes, documentation, controls, and best practices.
  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborative culture that values innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent benefits package, generous PTO, bonus potential, and career advancement opportunities.
