About the job Accounts Executive - SAP
Role Overview :We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate must be ACCA or CA Part Qualified with hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and assisting in the closing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain general ledger and process financial transactions in SAP.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Prepare and post journal entries, manage accruals and prepayments.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Part-Qualified ACCA or CA (23 papers remaining preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (FICO module preferred).
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
