Position Overview
Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Virginia Beach, VA. This role focuses on customer relationship management, proactive sales, and branch operations to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being and drive new revenue.
- Conduct proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Provide full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships.
- Deliver differentiated customer experience, educate customers on managing financial transactions, and use technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and maintain customer loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
- Customer Focused:
Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs with satisfaction. - Managing Risk:
Assess and manage risks to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
