Client Services Associate

Prospect Blue’s client, a highly respected wealth management firm in Virginia Beach, is hiring a Client Services Associate to support daily operations and various client service activities. The ideal candidate will have a banking or financial services background, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Support a financial advisor team – maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.)
• Serve as a point-of-contact, answering client calls and communicating effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Helping clients to understand their monthly statements and annual tax notices

• Bachelor’s degree and/or or prior experience in financial services or advisory environment
• Strong attention to detail; clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and CRM systems
• Basic bookkeeping skills and record keeping ability
• Extremely well-organized, detail oriented and accurate; must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Unregistered candidates' salary range is $49,000 - $68,000 per year. Salary will be dependent on prior industry experience and qualifications.
