Trust Advisor II

Responsibilities

• Develop, deepen and maintain relationships with investment management clients and trust clients
• Perform and coordinate client estate planning
• Conduct full needs assessments with current and potential customers
• Maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
• Identify and refer business to other areas within the Bank
• Work with investment, tax, and legal professionals to meet client needs
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a bank trust environment
• Experience with trust and estate laws and regulations
• CFP, CTFA, CPA, MBA or law degree preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Knowledge of financial and estate planning techniques
• Knowledge of investment theory and strategy
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented
