Financial Advisor

Voya Financial Advisors is seeking a motivated financial professional to join our Retirement Advisory Distribution team. The RAD Advisor is responsible for building client relationships, delivering retirement and wealth management solutions, and helping individuals achieve their long-term financial goals. Advisors work closely with retirement plan participants, provide financial guidance, identify wealth planning opportunities, and support the growth of Voya's retail wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through financial planning and wealth management services.
• Educate clients on retirement, investment, and financial wellness strategies.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing retirement plan relationships.
• Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing portfolio support.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance requirements while representing Voya Financial Advisors.

Qualifications

• Appropriate securities and insurance licensing (or ability to obtain).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial confidence and retirement readiness.
