Chartway Federal Credit Union in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time Collector to work Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with 1–2 Saturdays per month. You will report to the Collections Manager and handle delinquent accounts, obtain payments, and set up repayment plans to mitigate losses.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of collections experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of FDCPA, bankruptcy rules, and repo processes.
