• Be open minded and willing to learn our process for working with clients and developing their business.
• Either have a series 65/66 license or capable of passing the test.
• A current client base and/or relationships with 50 plus people. Client could be insurance, securities, advisory, tax preparation, etc. or any financial service relationship.
• History of success, professional, and believes in planning and goal setting.
• Really cares about helping people and providing solutions that are best for their clients.
• Understands that the financial services business is rapidly changing.
• Wants to convert from “selling a product” to building long term value based relationships.
