This is a full-time, on-site Education Specialist position based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Education Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs for staff, focusing on fostering professional growth and skill development that align with organizational goals. This role involves preparing educational materials, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with department leaders to assess training needs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Additionally, the position requires tracking learning outcomes and maintaining training documentation.

• Proficiency in Education and Training, with the ability to create, deliver, and evaluate effective educational program
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and support a positive training environment
• Experience in Research to assess training needs and develop data-driven solution
• Flexibility to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skill
