We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client in Virginia Beach, VA
. This position offers flexible scheduling options and is ideal for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours, with potential for additional morning hours.

• Preferred Schedule (Split Shift Option): Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:40 AM;
  Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Alternative Option: Afternoon only: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in supervision meetings as required

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency
