Key Responsibilities Lead and support radiologist onboarding, ensuring systems are configured and optimized for efficient workflows Identify and implement workflow improvements in partnership with clinical teams to enhance efficiency Train radiologists and clinical staff on application usage and support processes to maximize productivity
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support Deep understanding of DICOM and knowledge of HL7 interfaces impacting imaging workflows End-to-end understanding of the imaging exam lifecycle, including acquisition and reporting Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows Hands-on experience with clinical applications like eRAD PACS or 3M M
