A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist Follow-up 4 - PAR 1 (Patient Account Representative).

Key Responsibilities Process and document transactions on insurance accounts, ensuring accurate setup and resolution of issues Communicate with staff and insurance companies to facilitate timely processing of account transactions Conduct quality assurance reviews and prioritize accounts to maximize aged accounts receivable resolution

Required Qualifications Two years of recent experience in billing and collections in a healthcare environment or four years in general collections or customer service Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire Ability to work with a diverse team and customer base Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems
