State Licensed Therapy Services Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Specialty Therapy & Rehabilitation Services.

Key Responsibilities Manage clinical services, including oversight of policies and day-to-day operations Oversee provider outreach and training activities before and after implementation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor the effectiveness of clinical operations

Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy or equivalent 5+ years of experience in specialty therapy or rehabilitation services Thorough knowledge of case and/or utilization management Supervisory experience preferred Current certification/licensure in relevant therapy field in the state of practice
